After you toss something into the trash, science takes over. Scientists find ways to dispose of trash and not ruin the environment. It is a real challenge! The volume of the solid waste produced in the U.S. each year is equal to the weight of more than 2.3 million Boeing 747 jumbo jets. What can we do with all that garbage?
