conclusion
 - in science, a decision, result or outcome based on observation. A conclusion is why you think something happened
control
 - things that are not changed in an experiment

experiment
 - a test that is made under controlled conditions to demonstrate a known truth, or examine the validity of a theory or hypothesis

hypothesis
 - a tentative explanation that is made by carefully examining observations or a set of facts and making an educated guess as to what the outcome might be

laboratory notebook
 - a journal kept during an experiment that contains all of your important ideas and information

material
 - an item needed to conduct an experiment

observation
 - looking at or watching things to find how they look or act

 - a question to be solved or answered

 - something that happens during an experiment
